Room was good and fairly clean.
Spacious room with comfortable bed, beautiful views, for example. Brilliant, great location in a quiet area. Also - just next door to the centre of the town, the center of a quiet, friendly town, and a garden.

It was the best of Castle Cary hotels I visited before.

Thoroughly enjoyed our good-sized and well-stocked rooms, plus the staff was helpful. The room was quiet and with very comfy beds. This hotel had a central position lovely to have access to a garden too.

The location of the property was perfect, close to the train station. I had functional, nicely decorated room with coffee facilities, nice toiletries plus comfy bed, had good night's sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The setting was amazing, right by Castle Cary, the train station and centre of the town. Also, a local museum was within easy reach.

The property smelt and looked clean and fresh, with beautiful decor that matched the location. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped, with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits.
The traffic noise from the main road was awful, even with earplugs. The room could have been better soundproofed as described.

The room was very nicely decorated and had a spotlessly clean bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen facilities were a nice touch. The check-in process was easy and convenient with the self-check-in and the codes provided. the room had everything we needed and the garden at the back was a pleasant surprise.
The major downside was the noise. Unfortunately, our room was located on the ground floor next to a busy road, so we could hear intermittent traffic passing by all night.

Great location in the center of town and easy to find. Large comfortable room with excellent facilities.- Well-stocked shared kitchen and lovely garden
Noisy room, especially with the window open. Limited kitchen facilities, no toaster or microwave.

Hues had good facilities for making tea and coffee in the communal area. The location was excellent, although parking was a bit tricky. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy. Despite the lack of human contact, everything went smoothly, and the stay was enjoyable. The design of the property was impressive, the bed was comfortable, and high-end products were provided. The cottage garden and contemporary kitchen facilities were also a bonus. it was fantastic value for money.
There was nothing I didn't like. 😊

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in the heart of a friendly and bustling town. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern and come with a wonderful shower, ensuring a refreshing start to the day. The communal kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and enjoy a home-like experience. Additionally, the opportunity to use the garden adds a touch of tranquility to the stay.
Although the hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, some instructions and information could have been clearer for certain amenities.

Hues in Castle Cary was worth every penny! The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. The central location made it easy for us to explore the town, and the staff treated us with genuine warmth and hospitality.
The only improvement I would suggest is to enhance the breakfast offerings with a wider selection of options.

Everything was so clean and the fixtures and fittings were of high quality. We especially loved the modern bathroom and the amazing shower. The keyless entry was so convenient and made us feel secure. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the train station and beautiful walking areas. We also appreciated the free parking nearby, although it did require moving the car every 12 hours. our stay at Hues was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it.
Additionally, being on the top floor made it a bit inconvenient to get a hot drink in the room, as there were no coffee or tea facilities provided in the bedrooms. However, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

hues surpassed my previous castle cary stay! from the impeccable decor to the comfy bed and amazing bathroom, every little detail was thought of. having access to the garden was a lovely bonus too.
Could have used an extra chair.
